Privacy Policy

1. Data Storage

All FOCUS Capture data (including Notion Token, AI API Keys, capture history) is stored locally in your browser's chrome.storage.local. We do not operate any servers and do not collect, upload, or store any of your personal data.

2. Notion Connection

Your Notion Integration Token is stored locally only and is used exclusively for direct communication with the Notion API to save your captured content. The token is never sent to any third-party server.

3. AI Services

When you use AI classification, Knowledge Collision, or Soul Rewrite features, your content is sent directly to the AI provider you configured (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic, DeepSeek). We do not proxy, cache, or log these requests. You use your own API Key and are billed directly by the provider.

4. Permissions

FOCUS Capture requests the following browser permissions: activeTab (read current tab content), storage (local settings and history), sidePanel (sidebar UI), contextMenus (right-click menu). We do not request access to your browsing history, bookmarks, or other personal data.
